# Setup Terms & Conditions

**Terms and Conditions** are a legally binding agreement between a service provider (such as a website, app, or online store) and the user. They specify the rules, rights, and duties of both parties regarding the usage of the service.

To set up **Terms and Conditions**, go to Settings > System > Policies & Agreements > Terms & Conditions > Save.&#x20;
