Setup Auto Print Fail E-mail

Enable this feature to receive an email notification whenever an automated print job fails, ensuring you can quickly troubleshoot and avoid missed orders.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your account https://admin.cloudwaitress.com/login

  2. Go to Settings > System

  1. Click Receipt Printing, then select the printer

  1. Under General, go to Auto Print Fail - Email

  1. Enter your e-mail, then save
