Step 01: Online Order

Go to your website

Step 02: Place the test order

When you visit the CW store website, you have two options to place your order: either proceed as a guest, or sign up as a customer. If you choose to place an order as a guest, you won't need to create an account on the website. However, signing up as a customer allows you to save your personal information, payment details, and order history for future use. To place an order as a guest, simply select the "Guest" option on the website's homepage, and follow the instructions to place your order. Alternatively, if you prefer to sign up as a customer, select the "Sign Up" option on the homepage and follow the instructions to create an account. Once you have an account, you can place your order by selecting the desired items and adding them to your cart.

To ensure your order is successful, make sure your order amount exceeds $100 and select "cash" as your payment type. This will ensure a smooth transaction when your order is delivered.

Step 03: Complete the test order

After you have placed your order on the CW store website, you will need to log in to your account on the CW website to ensure that your order is complete. To do this, please follow the instructions below:

1) Go to the your website 2) Enter your login credentials. 3) Once you have successfully logged in, navigate to the "Orders" section of your account dashboard. Here, you should be able to see your recent order, including details such as the items ordered, order status, and expected delivery date. 4) Verify that your order is complete and accurate. If you notice any issues with your order, such as missing items or incorrect delivery information, please contact CW customer support for assistance.

By logging into your CW account and verifying your order details, you can ensure that your order is processed correctly and delivered to you in a timely manner.

Step 04: Login in to Walletly

After you have placed your order and verified its completion on the CW website, you may want to check your Walletly account to ensure that your payment and transaction information is up to date. To log in to your Walletly account, please follow these instructions 

Step 05: Verify Transactions

It is important to note that multiple accounts can be connected to one Walletly account. Therefore, when you log in to your Walletly account, make sure that you have selected the appropriate account.

Once you have successfully logged in to your Walletly account and ensured that the correct account is selected, navigate to the "Transactions" section to review any recent transactions related to your CW order. Here, you can check that your payment was processed correctly, and that the transaction details are accurate and up to date.

Step 06: Verify Points in Cloud Waitress

After your transaction has been completed and your payment has been processed, you can verify the points earned in CloudWaitress (CW). There are two ways to do this:

Option 1: Log in to Widget

1) Log in to the CW Widget using your login credentials 2) Check your point balance on the Widget dashboard. Your points earned should be reflected here.

Option 2: Log in to your CW account

1) Log in to your CW account using your login credentials 2) Check the top-end corner of the CW store page. Your points earned should be displayed here.

Either of these methods will allow you to verify that your points have been correctly credited to your CW account. If you notice any discrepancies or issues with your point balance, please contact CW customer support for assistance.

Step 07: Redeem Coupon

If you have earned points in Cloud Waitress (CW) and would like to use them, you can do so by following these instructions:

1) Log in to the CW Widget using your login credentials 2) Check your point balance on the Widget dashboard and copy the coupon code 3) When placing your next order on the CW store website, enter the coupon code in the designated field during checkout 4) The value of the coupon should be applied to your order, allowing you to use your points towards your purchase.

Note that the coupon code can only be used once and must be redeemed within the specified period. If you encounter any issues while trying to use your points or redeem the coupon, please contact CW customer support for assistance.

Note: An email notification is sent whenever a customer earns points or qualifies for any rewards.
